Ravenscroft Ajax Phases 1 – 4

This project consists of 4 phases with 1,541-units approved for development. Phase 1 consists of a planned 391-unit condominium apartment building, Phase 2 consists of a planned 308-unit seniors condominium apartment building, Phase 3 consists of a planned 800-unit condominium apartment building, and Phase 4 is the final phase of the development and contemplates a planned 42-unit stacked townhome development.
