We first met Sunny when we were trying to rent an apartment in Mississauga in 2018. We just moved to Canada and was trying to find a place to settle. We were really impressed by his professionalism and responsiveness through the entire process. We saw multiple apartments in the span of 2-3 days but no other agent matched Sunny's commitment. After couple of years when we decided to buy a home we could not think of going to anyone else. We reached out to him late Friday evening over email and he immediately responded back and also setup a meeting the very next day. He spent several hours trying to understand our needs and explained the entire process. During our first visit I noticed that he was paying a lot of attention to the feedback we gave about the homes. After few homes he thoroughly understood what we need and was able to give suggestions about the homes we might like to see. He also shortlisted few homes for us which we really liked. I could see that he was trying hard to help us to get the home we really like and not trying to sell any home to us. I should admit that we were really naive about home buying process and things to check in a home. Finally after couple of weeks of meeting him we bought our first home in Canada. Before preparing the offer he explained all the conditions clearly and made sure we were completely satisfied to go ahead with the deal. I should say that even during home inspection it was Sunny who was checking every single detail in depth. I am not sure what we would have done if not for Sunny :) Thank you so much for your help !! I will never think of any other real estate agent. His services are exceptional. He is now helping us to get some things done which goes beyond just buying a home. He is helping us to setup our new home as we wanted some modifications/improvements in few areas. He goes above and beyond not only to help you as an agent but as a friend as well.
