Katrina and her whole team did such an amazing job for us. From the very first meeting, Katrina established that she and her team were there to help us through the entire selling/buying/moving process. Katrina provided a full service for my wife and I. She worked hard for us during the entire moving process and made sure we were cared for. What stuck out about Katrina and her team was the she took care of everything for us, we didn't even have to worry about the small stuff. Katrina provided the following: moving boxes, storage locker, professional staging and cleaning of our old home, professional movers, lunch for the moving day and many other services! Katrina and team did an amazing job helping us buy our first home. Buying a first home can be stressful (but very exciting). From the moment we had our first call with the team to shortly after we signed the purchase and sale agreement, we felt comfortable and knew we were in good hands. Notable moments during this process we appreciated were: -Katrina met with us at the beginning to gain an understanding of what kind of home we were looking for (e.g., budget, location, needs, etc); -Neil was very responsive and always responded to our messages or missed calls within 24 hours which is especially important considering how fast the market moves; -There was no pressure from them for us to immediately buy a home but rather patience in ensuring we find the right home; -Team coordinated well with others during the process to ensure everything was taken care of (e.g., provided documents to mortgage broker, contacted home inspector, etc); -Offered to provide food on moving day as well responding to our questions even after we purchased the home. Katrina and the Team are fantastic. They have exceeded our expectations and more. We are very thankful for that awesome customer care you have provided for our entire family. Selling a home is very anxiety provoking instance; specially when you have toddler, newborn and pet dog to think of. However, Katrina and the Team provided us tools to alleviate the stress. The services they offered to us during the process are unheard of. To name a few: • When we first met Katrina (around April 2017), she provided us with a market analysis of our place. No contracts were presented nor pressure to sign with them right away. She thoroughly explained to us the process that she intends to do if she was to sell our place. • Staging of your place to increase the chances of selling your home. • Provides storage for your stuffs during the week of the open house. • If storage is not needed, they will cover your Kennel fees for the weekend for your fur babies. • Photography and videography of your home. • Lunch and water were provided during the day of the move. • Cleaning services of our old home was also provided. • And many many more • We decided to sell our place in November 2017, and in one week, our place was SOLD.
