Katrina listens, and is very attentive to clients' needs. Helping older parents sell a home when they have downsized to the extreme - and are still attached to the home and most of what's in it - is not an easy task! I think buying and selling a house are two of the most important and difficult things in life. But thanks to Katrina, I could do both things with ease and success. Katrina sold my house at the price I wanted, in just a matter of 2 weeks, with help from her professional designer and photographer teams. As for the buying of the new house, I must say that I was a little disappointed at first as Katrina was too busy to go to open houses on weekends. However, she tried her best to made appointments to go looking on weekdays, and read through all the documents about the buildings I was interested in. As for the condo that I decided to purchase in Vancouver, it was not one of the places that I visited through open house. However, Katrina recommended that I take a look at the place, and I ultimately fell in love with the place. I then could purchase the condo at a good price thanks to Katrina’s professional negotiation, and I am still in love with the place so far. Some people may think that Katrina is only good at working in the Surrey area and not in other places, but as my experience purchasing a condo in Vancouver through her shows, such is not true. She has an excellent eye for real estate no matter the where the place is located. I strongly recomend her as your selling and buying realtor and I will definitely work with her again when I move again in the future.
