From the sale of my condo, to the purchase of my new home, Nicole Elfassy was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely kind and genuine yet professional and communicative. Nicole encouraged me to see a property that I initially had little interest in, but upon entering, I knew there was a ton of potential and she understood my vision. Our transaction in purchasing this property was seamless. Nicole helped to schedule an inspector the very next day in order for the deal to close. She is a fantastic agent and I feel comfortable that she’ll be providing me with rental services. I trust her expertise and will continue to recommend Nicole and the Elfassy team to my friends and family because I truly believe they all work tremendously hard to accomplish the very best for their clients. Thank you Nicole!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Ana Di Piazza and Team Elfassy to secure our next home. Not only did she show insurmountable levels of patience with us during our home search process, but Ana was quick to point out flaws and deficiencies in homes that we rather liked, instead of pushing us to make a sale. Throughout the entire process we felt that our best interests were being looked after, and we got an incredible house, in an incredible neighborhood at a price we could afford. We are beyond thrilled and rest assured we’d never use anyone else to represent our interests.
