Dave is hard-working, detail-oriented and has an innate ability to accurately analyze and advise on market values, trends and investment opportunities. These skills, together with his industry-leading marketing strategies and cutting-edge technologies, has positioned him in the top 0.1% (yes you read that correctly!) of realtors across Ontario. Within hours of speaking to him, I was sent the listing information for my home. I asked him to come by to see the house and assess it himself to see if I was asking for the right amount of money. Sean set up a meeting with me the next morning at my home and gave excellent advice on how to better stage my home so that it looked its best. During the process, he was easy to access and quick to respond. Within days, the photographer and house inspector arrived. I sold my house in 10 days in a very tough summer market.
