Dave is hard-working, detail-oriented and has an innate ability to accurately analyze and advise on market values, trends and investment opportunities. I had just recently retired and was ready to downsize. I wanted to save as much money as I could in realtor fees. Within hours of speaking to him, I was sent the listing information for my home. I asked him to come by to see the house and assess it himself to see if I was asking for the right amount of money.
