I have lived on Vancouver Island since 1999 and am passionate and honoured to work with my clients to help find a home, or move out of their current home. I don’t usually write reviews, but Melanie was so outstanding as a realtor, I was inspired to write this one. I have sold and bought homes several times. Melanie provided the most positive experience I have ever had! I was moving to Parksville from Victoria, and so communication was key to finding the perfect place. Melanie was outstanding in keeping me informed about movement in the market and had the patience of a saint as I took 2 trips up, but did not see THE place I wanted. When it finally came up, she was so helpful during the ‘bidding war’ and I succeeded in getting the perfect place for me! Melanie is up to date with technology and documents were sent promptly and signed off through DocuSign. This was fabulous for getting things done without fax machines or travel.
