I was recommended to Connor at Redmond & Towne by my boss after having a very uncomfortable and underwhelming experience with a previous realtor. From the first house I asked to view I knew right away I didn’t need to search for another realtor. Both Connor and Austin showed up early, were well dressed and had the house fact sheet ready for me. We would highly recommend Connor and Austin as your next real estate agents. Our experience with them was seamless with the purchase of our new home as well as the sale of our old home. They were both available at all hours of the day and would respond promptly to any of our questions. Our experience was a bit unique as I gave birth the day before our move. Connor and Austin could not have been more helpful and supportive. They made an extremely stressful couple of days manageable with their endless support and coordination of all the various tasks. In addition, on the days leading up to the move they offered on multiple occasions to come by and help us pack. They both went above and beyond on our moving day as they expedited the moving of all of our baby furniture to our new house and stayed most of the day to ensure the baby room was completely set up.
