While living in our first apartment for just over a year, my wife and I had casually been looking to upsize to a home but were not confident in what we could afford. After speaking with Connor and outlining what we wanted he found us the perfect place. In what was an incredibly competitive market at the time, his guidance and knowledge was the main reason we were able to secure an accepted offer quickly and with reasonable terms. His ability to market and sell our apartment was also second to none, from having beautiful photos done to coming in on his own with a pressure washer so our algae filled patio would sparkle. Finally, just to pile on the compliments, when our movers were 3 hours late on moving day Connor and team were there with personal vehicles loading boxes and our belongings to make sure we were able to get out in time. If you’re buying, selling or both RTG is the only choice!
