Josh Kepkay is an awesome real estate agent who knows the Lower Mainland inside and out. We really wanted to find a new townhome, however, with our budget and the cost of housing, we had to explore the Fraser Valley which was a new experience for us. Josh guided us through the pros and cons of our plan and of each area. After a few days of exploring the Lower Mainland, we successfully negotiated a great deal on a new townhome. He even got the air conditioning through into the deal! If you need a buyers agent who cares and knows his product and markets, you will be very happy working with Josh.
