He takes his time to go over every step of the process with you. Paul tells you how it is and truly wants what is best for his clients - taking a holistic approach with everything. He saved me from making a big mistake last year (I was going to panic sell during COVID) and thankfully I listened and kept myself in the market. Above and beyond is an understatement... if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

This is a long overdue review - Paul was fantastic to work with. I regularly felt like he was going above and beyond to help, be it answering questions or taking me to showings. He's incredibly enthusiastic, patient, and is someone you can just tell loves what he does. He's also the kind of guy who really cares about what's best for his clients. For me, that meant encouraging me to buy the place that allowed me keep my existing place as a rental, instead of pressuring me to sell it (he had the listing, too!) and buy the more expensive place. It definitely cost him commission, but I think he was as excited for me as I was that I was able to find a way to keep my existing place! And the place he helped my partner and I buy has become a wonderful home that we're very happy in. Paul worked hard for us and I always felt like he had my back. Overall, I'd recommend Paul in a heartbeat.

We were introduced to Paul (and his bulldogs) through mutual friends, as a North Shore area expert. We completed both a purchase and a sale with Paul. The purchase was relatively straightforward, but due to unforeseen circumstances the sale ended up being absolutely hectic, and this is where Paul really shined. Paul worked tirelessly over a weekend to show our condo, work the offers, and close our deal at a good price. He had to overcome many challenges including a very short timeline and multiple short-timed offers. He was able to leverage his network to spark interest, as we were unable to have an open house due to covid-19. We quite literally couldn't have done it without him. Paul has a lot of qualities that make him an excellent realtor, but here are the ones we found were most important to us: Paul is organized, he is a clear communicator, and he will listen to you and understand your needs. He presents you with the information you need to make the decision that's right for you, and understands when it's important to give you his expert opinion. He is also honest and will let you know when he's unsure about something, or when you should consider getting another expert's opinion. Perhaps most importantly, Paul will work his tail off for you - he is very responsive and understands that this is the one of the most important transactions of your life. I first met Paul when he was a CrossFit Coach and athlete. He was dedicated, hardworking, patient and had a great sense of humour. As our realtor, he is all of the above and more. My boyfriend and I were looking for a condo downtown, because that is the only place we had lived. Paul listened to what we were looking for, and showed us places in our budget that we wanted to see, but also ones he recommended. Throughout the process, he was very supportive and informative - helping us think beyond just what we want today, and making us aware of things we hadn't thought of. In the end he found us a place; in our budget, significantly larger than what we were looking at downtown, right on the other side of the Cambie Bridge, and with all the "nice to haves" from our list. The place is an absolute gem, in the false creek neighbourhood, steps from the seawall. We love living in this area much better than downtown, we got everything we were looking for, and we have never been happier. The reason I would recommend Paul, is because he is ALL IN. He listens, cares and doesn't want to do good, he wants to do GREAT. He doesn't want to meet your expectations, he wants to exceed them. He's knows the market, he knows people and he cares, I honestly don't know what else you could want. Thanks Paul!!!
