Alan and Lori helped my family previously when we were selling our previous property. It was a very smooth process despite our far distance. When it came to buying a new home, it was an easy process, because we knew Alan and Lori would be there to help us. They were very knowledgeable and efficient with their work. They had organized several units for my parents and myself to view within our short stay in Vancouver in the search for a home. The advice and tips from their years of experience really helped us feel a lot more comfortable and less stressed during the search. When it came down to making an offer, they explained very well what to do at every step to make it very easy to understand what is happening and what we should do for the next step. Even after we had sealed a deal; Alan continued to keep in contact with us and provided information on the unit and surrounding neighborhood, clarification to our questions, and advice on what we should do for our next step. Alan and Lori had even provided some suggestions on painting companies that they were acquainted with. If I need to buy or sell another property then I will definitely go back to Alan and Lori for help doing so. Personally, I recommend Alan and Lori to my friends and family if they ever needed to look for a property in BC or anywhere.
