It is no exaggeration to say that Lori and Alan are an amazing team. We had initially worked with Alan and Lori to upgrade to a newer and larger condo which we have successfully completed. We then focused on selling our previous condo which really needed an update before placing it on the market. Lori and Alan were tremendous in that they went way above and beyond our expectations in getting us through the entire process. Similar to our amazing experience with our condo purchase, they walked us through the sale process including the remodeling of our condo to prepare it for a sale. Since we hadn’t completed any upgrades to the condo over many years, there was a lot to do to get the condo updated and ready. Lori and Alan made the process so much easier than we would have ever expected. They provided references to service professionals and were always available to meet and provide guidance and often met with service professionals on our behalf to keep the process going smoothly and without delay. They were clearly always looking out for us in so many ways and we can’t thank them enough for making the process stress-free. It was a pleasure working with Lori and Alan and we would highly, highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy or sell.

It was really awesome working with Lori and Alan. I was going in with a blank slate and they really inform me along every step of the way. At the actual viewings, they asked many questions that I would have not thought to ask which helped created an informed picture of the opportunity. In closing on a unit, being able to connect me with other individuals to help me close the deal was really helpful with my busy schedule and made it the whole process as smooth as I could imagine it could be.

I can’t thank both Alan and Lori enough for their help in purchasing my new condo. The realtor I had used a while back for my last home purchase had retired so I needed to find a new realtor. I found Alan and Lori’s website when searching for a home in the River District area and entered my information to get access to listing updates. I found that they were the most responsive but not obtrusive in any way, as other realtors had come across. This condo purchase experience has been the best home buying experience I have had. Their availability and their excellence in keeping me informed throughout the entire purchase process made the entire experience stress-free. What to say about Lori and Alan? I cannot praise them enough. I had a very short time to purchase a property in Vancouver and was living in Alberta. I asked my estate agent here to give me a recommendation of a good agent in Vancouver and was put in touch with Lori. Right away Lori contacted me via email and made me comfortable that she was interested in what I wanted and needed, and was willing to spend time helping me to achieve it. I also had the complication that the property was for my son and he was living in another area of Vancouver, leaving Lori to deal with duplicate emails and 2 people contacting her, both with their specific requirements. Lori found us many properties to consider and reduce to a manageable number to visit. She was in constant contact with advice and questions to confirm my needs and comfort levels with the price. She gave me breakdowns of costs for a condominium as I had never bought this sort of property before. The only time I could travel to Vancouver was on a weekend and Lori and Alan were kind enough to free up their time for the whole weekend to allow me to see a short list of properties with my son. Alan even picked my son up from the skytrain to get him to the office. On our trip around Vancouver viewing properties, Lori and Alan were very knowledgeable about the areas that we were considering, advising on transport and shopping. They were wonderful hosts, making both myself and my son very comfortable and well cared for, always considering our opinions and helping us to think through our decisions. We managed to find a great condo that was just where we wanted it, had all the amenities we wanted and was in our price range. We put an offer in on the Saturday, it was countered and we signed the contract on the Sunday at a good price. This left us just under 2 weeks to complete and move in. Very stressful and probably impossible. But we had Lori and Alan on our side. I came home with a full list of what needed doing, a list of all the professionals I would need and some recommendations of who to contact. This list was invaluable. I managed to use the contact list to get all the required work completed within less than the two week deadline, and Lori and Alan managed to get the contract completed and all the conditions satisfied for me. Within two weeks of meeting Lori and Alan I was back in Vancouver moving my son into his new home where a lovely gift was awaiting us from our wonderful agents. I plan to eventually move to the Vancouver area myself and am looking forward to working with Lori and Alan when I do. If anyone I know is planning to move to the area I will be strongly recommending them to contact Lori and Alan for help. If you are reading this I would also advise you to trust Lori and Alan to be your agents and your friends. You will be very happy that you did, as am I.
