Before Fred thought of making real estate his career he realized the potential and benefits of long-term investments in the housing market. This Eureka moment turned his fears of a big financial commitment into this insatiable thirst to acquire the knowledge of making profitable investments. Committed to learning and understanding the process, Fred purchased his first property at 21 years old in Montreal, QC and his Second home at 26 years old in Vancouver, BC.

Fred’s competitive personality combined with his appetite for challenges inspired him to enrol and successfully graduate from the most respectable and prestigious aviation college in Canada and realize his dream of becoming a commercial Pilot.

Spending his educational career balancing school, part time and full time jobs, personal projects allowed him to constantly meet and talk to people of all ages and walks of life in both English and French. His educational background in pure and applied sciences, commercial aviation and aeronautics, the Canadian forces’ officer cadet training, the real estate licensing course with UBC combined with his work experiences, have been an excellent preparation for pursuing his real estate career.
