When we decided to up-size from a condo to a house, our experience working with Morgan, Kelsie, and the rest of the team was second to none! Here's why they have become our trusted realtors: Kelsie and Morgan expertly navigated us through a slowing sales market, and when we accepted a buyer's offer, our condo sale was one of the very few successful sales in the building during the period! As a team, they were so flexible in accommodating requests for showings and did so while taking care not to schedule showings during our toddler's nap time! When we then embarked on a hunt for our potential house, Morgan's insights into the market were very valuable. Not only did she steer us clear of properties with potential headaches, she also made sure that we made sound, rational decisions and did not let us get too emotionally invested having to settle for and make compromises for a property. "I wouldn't want to see you paying that much for a property like this" was her advice when we wanted to submit an offer on an overpriced property out of desperation. When we couldn't find what we wanted on the MLS, Morgan creatively helped us find several off-market listings of which one became our eventual property purchase. When we were in negotiations on this property, "[let's try to] get you a price reduction that can cover the cost of your bathroom renovations" was how Morgan helped us save some money on the purchase. Kelsie, as well as the rest of the team, were also instrumental in supporting and assisting us, especially when Morgan was not able to (schedule conflicts, vacation etc). Phenomenal realtors! Morgan and Kelsie were such a pleasure to work with. They took the time to understand what we were looking for, took us around to countless neighborhoods and showings and provided us with excellent insight that wasn't always apparent. What I loved most though, is that they are opinionated and upfront with their feedback. If there was a place that wasn't a good fit, they would let us now right away.
