Ryan Grieve

My name is Ryan Grieve and real estate is what I do.

I grew up all over British Columbia. I was born in the Fraser Valley, lived on the Island for a number of years and finally in my adult life settled on Vancouver where I could enjoy the West Coast lifestyle I love.

My enthusiasm for real estate really blossomed when I bought my first home when I was just 23. Having been fascinated by the home buying process, not long after that I got into the real estate business itself, becoming licensed and working in project development. My first development was a building in historic Lower Lonsdale, which I sold out in only two months.

Project development was a great backgrounder for me because it gave me the chance to see a building go from being just a concept to a proposal, and from a construction site to finally being someone’s home. I understand every aspect of what goes into building a home and I know a lot about what makes a good one and what the red flags are.

Why hire me to help you buy? The advice I have for clients comes from my own experiences; when I bought that first home at 23 I made a lot of mistakes. Since getting into the real estate business and deepening my knowledge of this industry, I can offer you the benefit of advice from someone who has been in your shoes.
