Moe Khatami

Moe is a REALTOR® and Licensed Property Manager. His background in engineering has allowed him to harness strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to better serve his clients. Since 2008, Moe has placed over 2500 Tenants in the Metro Vancouver area including neighbourhoods that span from West Vancouver to Langley. In 2010, Moe co-founded Swift Maintenance and led a restoration crew. As such, Moe has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to learning and continues to expand his knowledge in Strata Corporations and property management rules and regulations to protect your investment. He is also committed to maintaining his wealth of knowledge in Strata Depreciation Reports and Green Value building. Outside of time spent with his young family and twin brother, Moe loves to bike, ski, and go for walks on the North Shore, where he calls home..
