I am so grateful to Johanna for all the support during our house sale. We unexpectedly decided to sell our home after moving overseas, and we relied on Johanna immensely!! She worked so hard and graciously did extra work outside of the normal expectations of a realtor since we were out of country. She worked tirelessly showing our house in a slow market, managing our tenants in a way that they felt respected and supported, and kept in consistent communication with us ensuring we were informed and updated. When offers were received, she gave grounded advice and fully represented our interests. The whole process went so smoothly and I now recommend her to all of my friends. She isn't just a realtor, I also count her as a dear friend and I'm so thankful to have had her support.

Sarah & Johanna were awesome! I've bought two homes and sold one with them now. They've always been reliable, responsive, and really on top of things. In my most recent purchase and sale, I was really impressed with how efficiently they were able to coordinate all of the numerous things to do on a very short-time frame, and explained the process throughout. They were both always available for questions and helped guide me through the process for both buying and selling, and their advice was very much appreciated. Sarah and Johanna were recommended by my friend. They are very professional, explained me all the process right from the start and answered all of my questions right away. The tools that they provided for a search are excellent and I had all the information I needed. We looked at a few properties and they asked the owner and the Realtor all the questions if I missed any. After each showing I received a detailed feedback on what I should look for and what was their impression of the place. The whole buying process couldn't been easier. Negotiation skills are exceptional! I was explained all the steps and completed the purchase on time. To my pleasant surprise, after the purchase I had tons of help from them regarding all the post-sale services (strata and etc). I already recommended their services to all of my friends with no hesitation!

We had an absolute blast working with Johanna and Sarah both when we were buying and selling our property. We were very excited about a place in North Van when we were buying, but Johanna strongly discouraged us after reviewing the strata docs and finding out some details we didn't know about. That's when I knew they were in this to help their clients instead of closing the deal as early as possible and moving on. Johanna helped us with both our sale and purchase of our new home. She was amazing at guiding us through both processes. She got us over asking for our Chinatown condo in a very slow market. When it came to buying our new condo she actually knew the perfect condo for us before we did. After looking at a bunch of townhomes and condos we ended up buying the first condo she told us about.
