When you want to sell for top dollar you have to call Shelley. I have referred her to 4 of my friends in the last couple of years and she never disappoints. Her pricing strategies work beautifully every time. She spends time understanding the market and once she gets a plan in place give her a few days and you will start to see the momentum build. In July of 2012 she sold a home in West Van for a million dollars over asking when there were 92 competing homes in that area. That’s amazing, and so is she. She spends loads of time with her clients making sure everything is in order. She has a stager view all her properties just in case there is something else you can do to ensure good interest that leads to top dollar. She rolls up her sleeves and gets the job done often spending several weeks in preparation. Shelley will look after EVERYTHING so you don’t have to.
