Jason was the representative on behalf of the seller. He was not my realtor at all, however was doing his job selling the unit. His honesty and professionalism was so much appreciated that I felt the need to him up look-up after not winning the bidding war and write this review. We have met with numerous agents who have been quite "lazy" especially with the hot real estate in Vancouver. The homes basically sell themselves. Jason on the other hand was willing to put his best foot forward even though we may not have appeared to able to place the strongest bid. He took the time to elaborate on minor details as well as showing parking stalls and sharing his own experiences with the building and surrounding area. I wish Jason and his team the best, and given the positive but short 15 minute experience we had with him, I can assure future buyers and sellers working with Jason will be in excellent hands. He was thoughtful, diligent and put in the work to make sure we found a home that checked all the boxes and got us the best deal. Right off the bat, Vince made us feel comfortable and gave off a very sincere vibe. Even before we agreed to work with him, Vince gave us insightful opinions about the housing market situation as well as the areas we were looking in. He knew off the top of his head some buildings in our areas of interest in Vancouver,and a list of pros and cons based on his experience. After chatting a bit more, we knew we wanted Vince as our realtor and dove into the specifics of what we were looking for our future home. Since then, Vince has been nothing but hard working, thorough and professional. He was quick to respond, and made himself as available to us as possible. He soon put together a list of potential homes and fine-tuned future listings based off of our feedback. We were seeing apartments within the week and he offered experienced advice every step of the way. After seeing other potential candidates, we decided to go back for the one we had our eye on in the first place, even though it was out of our budget. Vince’s advice and persistence got us a price we were comfortable with, and that makes all the difference in today’s crazy hot market. The notary and home inspector he recommended to us were as reliable and thorough as Vince was. To top it all off, we were greeted with a thoughtfully personal gift on the closing day of our very first home. Even after closing, Vince stayed connected and answered some transitional questions. We were so happy to have Vince as our real estate agent, and cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking to buy, sell or even just start dipping your toes into the real estate market.

I have made some good decisions in life but working with Jason and Karly was one of my best decisions ever. We have recently moved from Ottawa to Vancouver where the prices of the condos are 2-3 times more! We were however particularly surprised by the poor quality or the dreadful and unpractical design of the mass built condos in Vancouver. Our move was coincided with the peak of the COVID craze when properties were going over asking price, no matter how ridiculous they were. Having lived in a great condo in Ottawa, we asked Jason for an impossible task with many requirements: to find us a condo that is large and feels like home, have beautiful views from every room but yet offers full privacy, has excellent floor plan with no useless angles or curves, is in an excellent and prestigious condominium with low numbers of units, is situated in the best part of the city, and yet, has is not ridiculously expensive. OH MAN.... HE DID DELIVER! Jason and Karly are the dream realtor team. Jason’s knowledge of the city and the life in Vancouver is exemplary. He knows every single building in the city, and is knowledgeable of their pros and cons, which will help him to offer the best advice on what the client is looking for. He has opinions rooted in wisdom, but he values what his client’s choices are. Realizing this, I can say that we felt Jason and Karly were part of my family making decision together with us, rather than a realtor helping his clients. This was immensely appreciated. Jason has a calm demeanor, but outstanding energy and personality. He has unparalleled perseverance and went above and beyond to make sure every advice that he gives us, or any decision that we made, was to our best interest. He was available late in the midnight or at the early hours of the morning, if we needed any help. Karly’s organization, attention to detail, social sense and exemplary commutation skills, and her knowledge of the city from a different angle was a real blessing to have.
