Wanted to take a moment to send accolades to Realtor Jason Lim. He helped me sell a home after my tenants left. The unit was going to be vacant for about a month before the new owners moved in. He is based in Vancouver and the home was located in Surrey. Even though Surrey isn't next door, he still voluntarily made a couple of visits to the unit to make sure all was in order, i.e. no water leaks or break-ins. This not only was only helpful to me from an insurance point of view, but it also ensured everything was in order for the new family!
