Not only that, he also went through the contract line-by-line with us in order to make sure that we truly understood what everything meant. Jim has got to be one of the most friendly, knowledgeable and honest realtors out there. He is so polite, professional approachable and easy to work with. My wife and I recently sold a property and purchased another and he helped make the transactions go as smooth as possible. Because we were selling and buying at the same time it was a bit tricky with all the fine details involved and Jim really showed he had our best interests in mind the whole time.
