Hi Everyone, I’m writing this post to describe my experience with Rob. My husband and I were searching for a home in the lower mainland and were unsuccessful. We went through many realtors with inconsistent service. We had given up hope, especially with the new mortgage rules coming into play. The dreams of home ownership in this unforgiving market was taking a toll on us. Through a mutual friend we were introduced to Rob. Instantly, we could tell he was well informed about... the housing markets in the greater Vancouver area. In addition to sending us regular updates within our price range, he used his vast network of contacts to arrange showings and recommendations. This was particularly helpful in finding our new home in Richmond. Not only did he know the previous owner but also his son. This gave my husband and I peace of mind. He negotiated the best price within our budget and was attentive to our needs. We never had to worry throughout the whole process. With his exemplary service and quick responses to our questions it’s easy to tell why Rob Britch is in the RE/MAX hall of fame!
