Viet helped our little family, including my wonderful wife and now 2 1/2 year old, get into our first home, a townhome in Langley, almost 2 yrs ago, which we are just as thrilled about now as then - super walkable area in a master planned community. He directed us each step of the way, while listening to our concerns, answering our (likely incessant and anxious :) questions with patience, and connecting us to his trusted network of persons like awesome mortgage broker Jasper Lui, and lawyer Caleb Klassen. While in Ontario waiting for our place to close he was a strong advocate for our needs while the house was being finished, telling the construction company/persons exactly what needed to be corrected down to the most minute details. He treats his clients like family (a lot of people say this but he delivers), through things like throwing probably one the best client appreciation parties at an amazing seafood restaurant w/ so many wonderful people, prizes, and DJ, which showcased the strength of relationships he has built all over BC. I cannot recommend Viet highly enough. There is a reason he is in something like the top 1% of realtors in Lower Mainland/BC--it is because of the exceptional relationship building skills and care he provides. He can be serious when needed, but also is hilarious, which should not be underrated in such a high stress life point as buying a home.

Working with Viet has been a real pleasure. I used to live in a 2 bedroom condo in Burnaby until this past Summer. When I stumbled across his sold listing in our building, I realized that the unit was sold way above asking and market price. After a chat with my wife, we decided to cold e-mail Viet for help. Viet responded within the same day, and once we set our minds to sell, our unit got sold above the market rate within the first 8 days. Now, we were in a seller's market, but not for condos (2021 after the June stress test did not become pretty for condo sales). I believe this tremendous success originated from the fact that Viet works with a specific 'process' in real estate selling, which I have yet to come across with other realtors. Because Viet works with processes, that mitigates unnecessary errors, and maximizes the chance to finding that one needful buyer who is willing to pay a premium. Let me tell you that YOU WILL THANK ME FOR reading this review. If you want a fast turnaround and sell higher than the market moving average, go work with Viet. He's the best there is and the number of listings he has closed in a year is the proof for his performance. I thank Viet for every step of the process and sincerely look forward to working with him again as well as to introduce him to families and friends.
