Matt Magee

Matt Magee has been actively involved in the real estate business since 2002. As a resident of Vancouver for most of his life he knows the city very well. As the market is constantly changing, Matt puts considerable time into research and understanding of the local market trends. He takes time to understand the individuals needs in both acquiring or selling property. Matt is also capable of assisting with any financial issues that might arise. I don’t limit myself to any particular market. I enjoy opportunities to work in different neighbourhoods in Vancouver and along the Sea to Sky corridor. I always take time to research market trends before beginning work in a particular area and study the different micro-markets in and around Vancouver and the unique lifestyles they offer clients.

While I currently reside in Coal Harbour with my fiancé, I grew up in Kits and am familiar with all of metro Vancouver. Real estate became my passion after university, and I continue to enjoy it to this day. I am a hard worker with an optimistic attitude, which is one of the keys to longevity in this industry. Prospective clients are always welcome to talk with me about their goals and the state of the market. I am available anytime for an open, honest dialogue.
