I would like to share our families experience we had with Ron as our agent for multiple transactions. We’ve been working together for more than 10 years now. Ron and his team specialize in listings for the Vancouver area & they don’t take on more listings than they can handle, so our needs are always met. I first used Ron's services to buy a townhome in 2016 in Burnaby. 5 years later we needed to upsize and sell that home. Once again Ron and his team helped with everything. He got us the value we wanted in our sale even with strata repairs under construction and strata documents not reading well. It was amazing to now see the process from a sellers perspective. He had great teams come in quickly for cleaning, staging, and photos. Ron was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process of listing my father’s home. Choosing Ron as your representative is the best decision you will make. A few months ago, my family and I moved back to Vancouver having lived abroad for many years. As you can imagine, during a pandemic, in a heated housing market, searching homes from abroad is an immense challenge. Ron did an excellent job in helping to sell our townhouse in the city AND helping us find a new house in the suburbs. We spent a great deal of time looking at all types of places as we were trying to find the right one for us after we sold our townhouse, and Ron was super helpful, insightful and supportive throughout the whole process. When we finally found the perfect place and had to act quickly to have a chance at getting it, Ron was a great asset in helping us get a rushed viewing, a legal opinion after hours, and then writing an offer on the same day as the viewing to compete against multiple offers. Our offer was not the highest number, but Ron helped us come out on top and we got the place! Overall, 10/10 buying experience and I’d recommend working with Ron to anyone.

I was very fortunate to find Ron through a google search. I was specifically looking for a trustworthy and insightful realtor who was knowledgeable about the mount pleasant area. Ron and his team went above and beyond. They were the most honest, dedicated, hardworking, attentive, and client-centred group I have had the privilege of working with. I have had a number of realtors in the past and all claimed to be the above, however it was all about the commission at the end of the day. During the open houses the itinerary was set with good spacing between viewings. They were also able to act on the houses we wanted to bid on quickly. When we did the house inspection Ron even went with the inspector himself and did a video call with us to do the live inspection (as we didn't have time to go to the place ourselves). We are so happy to get our new house with Ron and Teams help. They made the buying process pleasant.

I had Ron represent me as a purchaser of a 2-bedroom investment unit in Downtown Vancouver. He did a pretty good job. We had a good discussion at the very beginning about what exactly I was looking for in the right unit. He tried to put himself in my shoes to understand what my expectations were. He also asked me an interesting question – what my backup plan would be if prices surged beyond my budget. It wasn’t something I had thoroughly thought over so it was prudent for him to bring that up for me to think about. Then came the search. Ron has developed a fairly good knowledge of the downtown stratas over the years with his sales and property management experience. It did take a while to find good units though, due to the lack of inventory. We were outbid a couple of times, and simply too slow in some other instances. Eventually, we found a decent unit, quickly scheduled a showing, and prepared to submit an offer. Ron was then able to put his negotiation skills to work. Our offer was met with a counteroffer with a higher price. I was ready, able, and willing to meet the seller with a price in the middle. However, Ron told me to be firm on my original price, and to let him continue negotiating. I reluctantly agreed, thinking it wouldn’t work, but I was wrong! Accepted offer! We had a four-day subject removal period so Ron kicked it into high gear. He pointed some things out in the strata documents. Also, the unit happened to be already tenanted, but Ron drew on his property management experience to make sure there were no issues. Subjects were removed, and Ron continued working to ensure a smooth transition right through to the closing date.

My husband and I recently needed an experienced realtor to sell our 3-bedroom Vancouver condo. They will contact realtors directly before your property even gets listed and this will create more demand for your property when it gets listed. Just have a look at his video testimonials. Not to mention he specializes in selling houses and really understands the market and strategy to get your house sold for a fair price in a reasonable time frame. If your Vancouver/Burnaby house has asbestos, mold, oil tank, structural concerns, old wiring, etc Ron will be able to find you a reputable specialist who can help remediate for a fair price. Also he has a background in rental properties so it’s very valuable because either you are an investor and need someone to know the rental market in depth and/or you have prospective buyers coming to look at your house and will have questions about the rental market specifically and demographics for the neighborhood. I’m a Seattle agent and I know first hand how important it is to have the right agent on your side. Ron dominates the Vancouver market!
