Ron Parpara was recommended to us by a neighbour-friend who was thrilled with the both the service and the results she received. When it was time to sell our investment condo, we engaged Ron and his team at eXp/Vancouver Properties Group. We could not have been happier with the entire experience. Our condo was tenanted and Ron was very respectful of our tenants’ time and space. From the day we reached out to Ron to ask if he could be our listing agent until the day we signed an offer over asking, was only two weeks in total. Ron is able to provide personalized service, yet has access to a network of industry professionals. The photographs and the virtual staging really enhanced the condo. Drone pictures provided a great snapshot of the location and surrounding parks and amenities. The laser measurements indicated more square footage than we thought, giving us the opportunity us to ask a higher price. Ron had a handyman come in to do some minor repairs around the apartment prior to the showing. Even the conveyance lawyer Ron recommended turned out to be really helpful and great to work with. The buyers’ home inspection turned up a small leak in a pipe inside a closet. The strata was responsible for the repairs that took a week to complete and were a bit more extensive than originally thought. Ron also oversaw this whole process and had a cleaning team come in afterwards to ensure the unit was spotless and ready for the new buyers. Ron is a great communicator and explained each stage of the process to make sure we were happy with every part of it. And he took care of every part of the process, taking away all the stress of selling! I can see why he has so many 5 star reviews. We highly recommend Ron Parapra and his team and would use them again if circumstances dictate.

When we decided to sell our condo, our property manager introduced us to Ron and the Vancouver Properties Group team. We were lucky, because we had a tenant that ended up causing us a lot of problems that hindered potential sales. Initially, Ron was able to find a buyer who was willing to keep the tenant, but after seeing the condition of the unit, he declined. Our area and building had multiple listings, so no one was interested in our property in the state tenant had it. The husband who made the decisions and spoke English was living abroad, which also made it difficult for easy communication and coordination. While there were additional obstacles, Ron and his team were able to find a buyer, negotiate a good price and conditions, deal with the tenants, and set a reasonable move out date to secure the sale. He also introduced us to a good lawyer to help with the transaction. Ron gave us great advice, made us not feel discouraged, kept us up to date, and got me the best price for my condo. My wife and I are relieved and very grateful to Ron and his team for their expertise and hard work. We definitely recommend his services.

The sellers enjoy their work and I have seen how they care about every detail so that buyers are satisfied when they move into a super clean home and all Deficiencies and lighting ready to be moved into. They are always happy with the results. In all my experience working with real estate agents I have found that they are the best in the industry, since VPG attends to their clients needs even months after the closing. In this market you need experienced and down to earth realtors to represent you. Not ones that pressure you for a quick sale.

I recently helped my buyers with the purchase of a property which was listed by the Vancouver Properties Group. To say that I had a great experience in this transaction is an understatement. In our case, the day the property changed owners, and the day the keys were actually given to my clients, were contractually a few days apart. During the few days between, a leak happened in the condo, which understandably caused a lot of stress for the buyers and the seller. Ron and his team dealt with this event super professionally, ensuring everyone involved is updated in a timely manner, and going out of their way to make sure my clients (buyers) are satisfied and happy about moving into their new home. On the day of the key handover, Ron showed up with a gift for my clients to thank them for putting up with the unnecessary and sudden stress of the leak. They provided me with information about the current market and gave me an idea how much I can sell my home.However they came prepared, they gave me a booklet with other listings around my area and if they are selling. The process was tough we had people going to our open house but no bidders.One downside was my home is in a busy street location.Ron gave me hope and explained some strategies that can sell my home faster. The listing had to come down during Christmas season but we didn’t lose hope. Ron and I came to a decision to lower the price to get some serious offers. For the first showing we had to offers. When I inherited my family home in the Brentwood area of Burnaby after my father's death in 2018, I had a very important decision to make. Since my husband and I live and work in the Fraser Valley, we were not keen on moving to Burnaby and commuting further to work. We also did not want to bother with any renovations to the house. Since I have a major disability, it was easier for my husband to search online for a suitable realtor. In late August, 2018, we decided to choose Ron Parpara and his team to help us with the sale of my house. The house was put on the market in early September and was finally successfully sold in April, 2019 after multiple offers. The first offer in October looked promising but the buyer pulled out because of financing issues. Many low ball offers followed which didn't amount to anything suitable. The final offer which came in February and revised in April, hit the jackpot with me and the buyers. After the completion date in July, Ron Parpara arranged a celebratory lunch for my husband and me, the buyers, as well as himself and the buyers' realtor. It was so good to meet the nice people that bought my house. My husband and I are very happy and so are the buyers with their property. I know that they will take good care of the place. My husband and I are definitely pleased and very satisfied with the job that Mr. Parpara did to get my house sold. We will be hiring him again to assist us in buying a house in the Fraser Valley.
