We recently worked with Jannelle de la Torre for the second time after receiving such excellent help finding our daughter's condo a few years ago. Jannelle is a very experienced and knowledgeable realtor who provided us with top quality advice throughout. No question was too minor for her to respond to as we looked high and low for the right condo for our son. It took a bit of time given the tricky market out there. it is also a huge investment so we wanted to get it right. Jannelle made sure we did just that! We cannot thank her enough for her professionalism, kindness and outstanding overall help. We would happily use her again and again.

Jannelle and her team were wonderful partners/supports/guides throughout the process of selling and buying. I first met Jannelle 16 years ago when we bought our first house. When it came time (and having made the very difficult decision) to sell that house and downsize I knew Jannelle was who I wanted to work with. Both for the selling of the house and buying a condo. At the start I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but I know I've ended up in just the right spot! I had faith in Jannelle. I appreciated her honesty with each place we saw. I never felt like she was pushing me to take anything. It was like having a good friend who had my back throughout it all. Jannelle is always professional but you can tell she also cares about her clients on a personal level and wants to make sure all parties end up happy and in the right home. If I could give 10 stars I would. My partner and I have been working with Jannelle for over 5 years now. She helped us with the purchase of our first property, and while she was amazing at the time, that happened so fast we didn't realise just how great she is. After a few years in that property we were ready to upgrade, but with the market in Vancouver being what it is, finding the right place was no easy task! Jannelle stuck with us and helped us tremendously for nearly 2 years of on and off searching while we struggled to find the perfect place. She came with us to properties of all shapes and sizes all over the lower mainland until we finally were able to find, and successfully offer, on the home of our dreams at a great price! If all of that wasn't enough, when it was time to sell our home to pay for the new place things got even better. Jannelle helped us get our property in tip-top shape, and did an amazing job with marketing including professional measurements to get a new and more accurate floorplan, beautiful photos and video, and an highly effective premium listing on all the major website as well as her social media. Jannelle and Teresa hosted multiple open house times, and even came for additional appointments for prospective buyers who could not make it to the open house. They also assisted with any inspections, allowing us to escape the stress and be out of the city throughout the showing process. Of course, the most important part was fantastic as well. Due to all of Jannelle's hard work (and ours too), we sold our property within a week of listing with multiple offers, and significantly above asking!!!! The majority of our work has been directly with Jannelle, but whenever additional help was needed, Teresa was always there to fill in any gaps professionally and with wonderful results, so I am certain she is just as amazing as a primary realtor!
