Nicole Langfield*

Nicole Langfield has been a licensed Realtor since 2007. Her career began working alongside her father Richard Langfield. She gained invaluable knowledge about land assembly, the inner workings of development, and marketing. A large part of Nicole’s success is her personal and professional passion for the equestrian lifestyle, acreages, and estate properties. She has extensive personal engagement with the horse community in the Langley/Campbell Valley & Vancouver/Southlands areas. She loves to spend time in these communities with her daughter who is a competitive dressage rider. Residing in South Langley, this has given her an edge in blending the #HorsesandHomes equestrian lifestyle with her real estate expertise. Having grown up in the South Surrey/White Rock area and working there for over 20 years, Nicole has extensive knowledge of the real estate market and current trends in land development. Over her real estate career, Nicole has built a loyal client base throughout the lower mainland and helped many transition to other areas of British Columbia, most notably the Okanagan.

Since 2018, Nicole has been independently working with Engel & Völkers, becoming their first real estate agent to expand to the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board.
