We had the pleasure of working with the Mary Cleaver Group recently to both sell our townhouse and to purchase a new condo in Vancouver. From start to finish everyone on the team was incredibly professional. We worked most closely with Mary and Amy. Mary Cleaver and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with when it came to selling our home. Mary provided us with unbiased, helpful and accurate information throughout the process. She strategically priced and negotiated the sale of our apartment to obtain a selling price which we were very happy with, especially given the market conditions. Beyond her great communication skills, Mary was very knowledgeable about the market in our neighbourhood having previously sold multiple properties in the area. Mary offered very practical tips and suggestions when it came time for preparing the property. From what needed to be fixed and touched up, to their staging furniture and interior decorating. It all culminated in the property presenting beautifully. Finally, selling a home can be a stressful endeavour. Throughout our many interactions, Mary was always present, calm, and exhibited a relaxed demure which translated to us having a stress free selling experience. After undergoing an extensive interview process with several realtors specializing in Mt Pleasant, we decided to work with Mary to sell our townhome. Though she impressed us during the screening, we were even more impressed after working with her. Mary uses very deceptive real estate practices and does not keep her word. Cant say much more for her clients either. We bought an apartment through her and she didn't do anything as promised after the sale of the condo was complete. The home was not left in near perfect condition. Freezer leaking water on the floor, dirty carpets, curtain rods taken and holes in the wall not fixed. You recall a misunderstanding? You ignored all solicitations from our agent. Then after contacting the previous owners directly, they demanded that we waive our rights to sue for them to take any action. Unbelievable.

I connected with Amy near the beginning of the pandemic and she helped me navigate my first-time homebuyer nerves at a time when the real estate market in Vancouver was also rocky! I had very specific wants for my first home, and Amy was patient with me with the many "no's" that came my way, as well as giving me honest guidance on some "yes's" that may not have been the best choice. The home that I landed with was not without its challenges as the seller was not the most easy to deal with, but I completely trusted Amy to negotiate what was best for me - and it all worked out! So grateful to have had such a positive working experience with Amy and I would recommend her again & again!

I recently purchased my first home (A condo in North Vancouver) with the help of Lisa and I cannot recommend her enough! My girlfriend and I had a very blurry picture of what we wanted and Lisa took us to visit homes from Kitsilano to North Vancouver and even one in Squamish over a period of 9 months. As first-time home-sellers, my husband and I had an amazing experience with Lisa as our realtor. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She did a lot of research by contacting other realtors and familiarizing herself with our area and its market before we even committed to going through with listing our place, just so that we would feel confident about the decision. She was very helpful in the preparation stages of the sale and has a good eye for what buyers would be looking for. The photos and videos that were taken were beautiful and represented our home well. Once we listed our place, Lisa was with us every step of the way and made it a very easy process. She was present for every showing, which allowed her to make sure our home was looking its best and highlight its unique features to every potential buyer. She made herself available to maximize the number of showings and also to answer our numerous calls and texts with questions and concerns. She was very active advertising our listing on social media, which we felt gathered a lot of interest and set her apart from other realtors. I have so many thoughts to recommend the lovely Amy that I don’t know where to start.
