With a family history in property ownership and management, Real Estate was a natural choice for James. After acquiring his license he quickly became an annual member of the Medallion Club, which recognizes the top 10% of Realtors in Vancouver.

James has worked all over Greater Vancouver, with the main focus of his work being in East Vancouver.

James works with people who are at many stages of property ownership, from 1st time buyers to seniors who are moving out of the family home. His clients include individuals, couples, families, and people buying for investment. James is also a certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist. His solid understanding of the Vancouver Real Estate market as well as his training, sense of humour and experience make working with him easy. James values each of his clients and works with them personally.

James’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Music from McGill University, as well as the teacher education program at UBC. Other loves include playing piano and guitar, skiing, mountain biking and most importantly his two children.

Hands down, this real estate agent is an absolute nightmare to work with. From the get-go, their rudeness was beyond belief, making it crystal clear that they have zero regard for anyone's time or concerns. It's blatantly obvious that their sole motivation is greed, with every action dripping in a blatant pursuit of profit. Initially, when I expressed interest in multiple properties, they were all too eager to reel me in, promising the world and more. However, the moment our business dealings commenced, their true colors emerged in the most appalling manner imaginable. Their behavior was not just unprofessional, it was downright repulsive. Their lack of ethics and decency was staggering, leaving me utterly disgusted by the entire experience. It's one thing to be in it for the money, but to treat clients with such contempt and disrespect is simply inexcusable. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this agent at all costs. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later.

What sets James apart is he takes your list, reviews it, and on the spot tells you that most of them are crappy listings. They are crappy because you are not in real estate, and have no idea, but he has 30+ years of experience and knows the buildings inside and out. Then he gives you a list that he's created, and the places are good. Real estate is complicated and noisy, and most agents add no value, simply taking your list and wasting time. James cuts the noise, saves you time, and is a straight shooter. He's good for a beer too.
