Matt Burnham is the best realtor I have ever used. He was excellent at understanding our needs for a new home and helping us to realize the current market and the price point we would need to look at for the home we would want. Due to the current market conditions we ended up making offers that didn't work out. However Matt was undeterred in finding us the home we would love in the area we wanted. I know that he worked long hours and utilized all his resources to get us the home we are in and love. I also appreciate that Matt was available for so many of our questions during the home buying experience and helped us to understand the market conditions and the challenges we faced. Matt was also great at letting us know what he liked and didn't like about homes we viewed and potential costs to make it into the home we wanted. I don't write many reviews but when I do it is because I stand behind what I said. Matt Burnham is just excellent in terms of his professionalism but is also very personable. You can't go wrong getting him as your realtor.

Matt did such an amazing job. He was very friendly and easygoing. The first house we looked at he was really honest with us and said that we could do better. Always had our best interests at heart and worked really hard to get us the best. From the time we contacted to the time we decided to buy our current house it may be was a couple days to a week. It was a miracle. We were able to find the type of house we wanted in the area we wanted in an extremely short amount of time. We are very happy with our new home and area.
