Matt has by far been the best realtor we have ever had. I remember the good ol' days when realtors actually researched properties and came prepared with sheets of other comparable to help you make an informed decision. Well im happy to say that Matt is still one of those realtors who seriously does his research. He helped us navigate a tough market and season in the Okotoks area. We will definitely seek Matt out next time we are doing a real estate transaction in the greater Calgary area.

We have never left a public review before but our experience buying a house with Matt this summer was just THAT phenomenal. Matt made the process of finding and buying the perfect home almost *too easy and too enjoyable* and we will be recommending him to everyone in our inner circle we want to have the best realtor in southern Alberta. When my work transfer allowed us to move out of town, I was referred to Matt by our mortgage lender. He immediately came over to have a quick viewing of the home and quizzed us on what our needs were. When I said that while we wanted a quick sale, but we didn’t want to leave a bunch on the table either. Matt gave us a list of things that he suggested we do to make our home sale ready and before we were able to complete them he had already come back with his market research for our home. We picked a number on the upper end of the bracket since the market was quite heated. Within a couple of days the house was on the market and 32 hours after that we had an approved sales agreement in place! Matt has been great to work with through this entire process, and everything he asked us to do only helped in completing the sale in a timely fashion for a price I was very happy with. He was very communicative and highly knowledgeable about the Okotoks market. I highly recommend Matt for your Realtor needs.
