Matt was the ultimate professional right from the start, we were looking for the near impossible but Matt found it! Where do I start… We took Matt on a rollercoaster while we looked for our new home. We went from smaller fixer uppers to larger family homes… almost settling for a fixer home Matt joked “love that… for you guys!” But he actually encouraged us to be patient and it sure paid off! Matt helped us find our dream home, put up with our endless messages even while he took family photos (sorry!) and helped us get to know Okotoks! We know we made the right choice when we randomly selected Matt because he has a good website and was friendly enough. If I could give 4.9 stars I would because the only thing that he could do better was buy the home for us! Joking… 10/10 Matt!

I am not usually one to take the time to do a review. It’s just not usually my thing. But this time, I have to say something because this man has been absolutely exceptional helping us both buy a new home and sell our current home. He’s not only done the standard “realtor” stuff that you would expect of a realtor, but he has gone way past above and beyond for us, not just once , but several times during this process.
