Rob Zwick*

A friend recommended Rob to us when we had decided to sell our town house in Kits. We had not been in the market for twenty years and were a little nervous. Rob was amazing. He helped us get top dollar for our place, and in a very short time. When it came to looking for a new home, Rob was all over it. He took us to see numerous places and gave us great advice along the way. We love our new condo and feel we got an excellent deal thanks to Rob's strategizing. We cannot imagine a better realtor, and we recommend Rob very highly. He's the best!

I can happily recommend Rob Zwick as a great realtor- knowledgeable, hard working, reliable and steady. Amongst myself and my adult children, we have used Rob as our realtor five times- for two house sales and three home purchases. I have also recommended Rob to friends on several occasions with equal success.

UPDATE 9/28/13 Rob called me because of my bad review, and it turns out it was a misunderstanding. He said he texted me right away, but all I got was a second message, which was a correction to a misspelled word in the first one. That's why it didn't make sense to me. He said he didn't call to follow up because he wanted to avoid being a pushy realtor. He appeared pleasant on the phone, apologized for this misunderstanding and resent me the original message, so I'm going to give him a benefit of the doubt, and change my rating to 4 stars ( not quite 'yey i'm a fan', but it's hard to know for sure because of the mix up). 9/24/13 I just registered on yelp to leave a review for someone truly worthy, and thought while I'm at it, might as well review my recent encounter with this realtor: contacted him based on great reviews, he was hasty and not focused on the phone, then cut me short without offering an excuse or reason, said he'd text his e-mail address for me to give him more details, then texted me some nonsense (I think he got me mixed up with his calendar), but he never called me back or followed up with me to straighten things out. I wonder if he would be more focused if I mentioned a multi-million dollar mansion as opposed to a 1 bedroom and den condo.

Okay ... my deal is done, and I have to say, I would give Rob six stars if I could. He found me the absolute perfect place- not just one of the cutest lofts I've seen in Vancouver, but one of the cutest lofts I've *ever* seen, and it was significantly underpriced.  Given this, it went into multiple offers, and one could consider some of the seller behavior ... challenging.   Rob went above and beyond and got me the place.  He was a tireless and creative advocate, without being pushy or obnoxious.  As potential problems kept popping up, he kept offering potential solutions and managing all possibilities proactively.  And, he remained appropriately paranoid- not only did he get me the loft, but he got me the place *safely,* protecting my assets and to the degree possible, my sanity.   As the listing agent said when giving me the signed contract, You have a great realtor.   Seriously- six stars.  Rob's the real deal.
