In Spring 2024, while we were window shopping for a home, we met Rob randomly at one of his open houses. The timing wasn't right to buy but I pitched a vision to him of what we wanted to achieve the following year, notably the sale of our townhouse to upgrade to a house. Rob gave us a very straightforward assessment of what was possible including the state of the market, the development potential in our neighbourhood, and the timing of a sale. Clearly he was knowledgeable, well connected, and the fact that there was no false hope or sales pitch made it clear that we wanted to hitch onto his services. As a result, we hit what we feel was a perfectly timed pocket where we sold and purchased at a great price! Rob works in tandem with his partner Chandra who was also instrumental in making this huge change so easy for us. Both of them were available at any time to entertain our many questions. Both offered fair assessments throughout. Most importantly, they believed they could do this and totally nailed it! Without hesitation, we would recommend their services to anyone and would lean on them again.

We bought our first home with Rob in 2015, and he did an outstanding job. This year, Rob and Chandra assisted us once again in finding and purchasing our new home, and they were exceptional throughout the entire process. We recently worked with Rob and team (Michelle, Kristian, Stella) to buy our new forever home, and sell our current one (which Rob also helped us purchase back in 2013) - both in Vancouver. "Get yourself a good agent". That was the advice our friends gave us when we told them we were preparing to move our family back to Vancouver after over a decade in the San Francisco Bay Area.
