Houman is honest and upfront. I felt that he made sure my benefits were optimized. He was organized in his follow ups and reporting. Within one month, he sold my unit with a tenant who was already on a low rent. This was beyond my expectation. Overall I had a good experience with him and would recommend him to others.

Very bad experience with them. They did the bare minimum despite the large amount of money that they get for commission. Client's interest is not a priority here.

Houman helped my husband and I buy our first home in 2023. He's extremely knowledgeable and was honest about pros/cons for each home and neighbourhood. We are so grateful to Houman & his team for checking the market every day to find homes that met our needs (we were picky!), strategizing how to maximize our budget, and negotiating the offer. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Highly recommend!
