My name is Houman Taba and I am the lead agent at HT Realty Group. I've been involved in Vancouver real estate since 2003. Our realty group has now been helping clients with their real estate needs for over 20 years. Our endless energy, deep understanding of local markets, exemplary negotiation skills, and most of all, dedicated personal care for each and every client have been the secret to our success. Reliability and honesty is what our clients like the most about us. We hired Houman to sell our property under a very stressful situation. When he wanted to to convince us to hire him, he promoted himself as someone who personally attended all open houses. Overall, we had five or six client appointments, out of which he was absent in more than half! One day was a birthday in Kelowna, the other day was double booking, another day just laziness I assume, otherwise why would he ask the owner to show the property?! He could not sell our property within the timeframe we gave him even after substantial price reduction! He was rude in his communication with me. One day he left our door just open and let the client inside without supervision! One day he asked me to show our property to the clients! Overall, a lazy agent with promises he never keeps! Definitely not recommending him for selling.
