My name is Houman Taba and I am the lead agent at HT Realty Group. I've been involved in Vancouver real estate since 2003. Our realty group has now been helping clients with their real estate needs for over 20 years. Our endless energy, deep understanding of local markets, exemplary negotiation skills, and most of all, dedicated personal care for each and every client have been the secret to our success. Ok where to start, first I have to say I am a skeptic when it comes relators mostly because I have had some questionable experiences in the past BUT hands done Hooman is truly amazing. 1. He cares! He actually cares about you and your future, not the fake kind of caring to sell you something, the authentic friendship kind of caring, where he will even advise you against buying a property if it is not in your best interest. 2. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, and really takes the time to make sure you have everything you need to make the best decision. Most importantly, he cares! Highly recommend him.
