Houman worked with me to get a pre-sale condo. His advice helped me get the best deal in the market. He has been patient and extremely helpful throughout the process specially with guiding someone who went through buying his first home.

Houman and his team have helped me with both selling and buying properties. I highly recommend Houman and his team.
One thing that really stands out for me is that his recommendations could at times result in decisions made by his clients that are not really to the best interest of his business. He really wants you to make the best choice for yourself by offering you all the knowledge he has without forcing you to make any unwanted decisions. I love that about him.
I will definitely use Houman and his team again for future needs.
