My experience with Matt was unbelievable during every step of the process. He helped me both sell and purchase a home, and there was never a moment when I felt he didn’t have my best interests in mind. Matt was honest in his assessment of our place when selling it, and he took the time to explain why he felt we should list it for the price we did. When it came time to finding a place to buy, he was always available to answer questions and give feedback, and he made the process simple and not rushed. However, the best compliment that I can give Matt is very simply that he cares. About me as a person and also me as a potential home buyer and seller.
