Ranj and Jenn know their stuff and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They were incredibly helpful and blew me away with how much effort was put into our house hunt. Jenn was literally there every step of the way. She would say yes to everything and went out of her way to make the showings work for when we were in the area. Jenn is also super fun and I now consider her a great friend as well. But circling back, I think one of the key things in house hunting is having a realtor who is super quick to respond in all situations, and you will get that with this team!

I have known Ranj since 2013, when he sold our first home and found us our dream home property. Ranj was referred to me by a close friend as the realtor we originally used (18 yrs. ago) to purchase our home left us with a not so joyous experience. This was not the case with both the sale and property purchase with Ranj. The sale went through before our home even hit the MLS and the property was a bank foreclosure which we won with Ranj's guidance and attendance in court. Since then we have referred him to a number of close friends and family who have also shared similar results. He sold our family home (parents) after owning it for 45 years, leaving my mother pleased with the sale and able to move on.
