I cannot recommend Ranj and his team enough!! From the first sit down meeting when Ranj had a plethora of data to share which is what I want to see as data helps me make better decisions. He explained to me some details on real estate I had never gotten an answer to before as well. Then he made the plan clear and was very timely on putting it in motion. My unit sold in a day which I believe was the photos, the descriptive listing itself and the quick work of the team. Even after it had sold, Ranj checked in with me along the way to make sure everything was going smoothly. I cannot recommend him enough. 3 1/2 years ago Ranj helped me find my first home. He was so helpful and kind and reassuring throughout the process. To this day I am so happy with the place he found me, that had everything checked off on my wish list for a place! I couldn’t afford a large mortgage but he was able to find something affordable that I could manage. Now my family will be selling my father’s home and of course will use Ranj again as our realtor. He is trustworthy, resourceful, and generous in his gifts to his clients past and present. He always reaches out showing his appreciation for each one of us.
