About 1-2 months prior to relocating to Calgary from Vancouver, I contacted multiple realtors in Calgary in order to purchase my first home. All of the realtors seemed nice and attentive but Spencer was definitely better than others. Even though I didn't have a fixed date for the relocation in the beginning, he was the only one who kept reaching out to help and give honest advice as I didn't know anything about the new city. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. What I learned from buying my first property is that you need a realtor who is responsive at booking for showings and communicating with the seller's party. Spencer always acted fast and I was able to purchase my current property, which was at the very top of my list. I might have ended buying something else because there were other buyers who really wanted to buy my home. Spencer genuinely cared about my objective and I really felt that he was focused on my gains than his. I would highly recommend Spencer to my family & friends and to many buyers out there!
