I live in Ontario and needed to help my dad sell his house in Vancouver because he was moving into a care home. During my past visits to Vancouver, I noticed many of Paul Eviston signs in my dad's neighborhood and the abundance of Paul's note pads in my dad's home. This tells me Paul was familiarized and interested to do business in this area of the city. Prior to flying out to Vancouver, I contacted Paul and we chatted, and he answered my many questions. When we finally met, he was very easy to talk to and importantly listened to what I suggested to do with my dad's house. My dad's house has had no upgrades done for many years and selling to a builder was ideal. Paul agreed and knew exactly how to proceed. A day later, Paul contacted me and gave me the heads up that a builder was interested. Later that evening, an offer was presented, and the house was sold as is, no subjects, at the price I wanted. There was no need to list on MLS, no viewing, no need to empty house, and no sign....no STRESS. This allowed me to spend the rest of my 2 weeks helping my dad settle in at the care home and go home worry free. Thank you so much Paul! You are the best!

From the very Start, Bryce was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process.
