I’ll start by saying I never write reviews for anything but Ashley deserves one. I’ve dealt with a lot of real estate agents, either buying or selling and I’ve never stuck with one for various reasons. Ashley Chalmers is now my go to and is who I will recommend to anyone that asks. My partner and I recently had to purchase during this crazy market and by chance we found Ashley Chalmers while viewing a house without an agent. Ashley tirelessly pursued all our inquiries and crazy requests.. answered all our early morning, weekend and late night texts (sorry Ash!) and we spent many many evenings and weekends together looking at properties and never felt pressured to make a rush decision. She put in offers, even when it was down to the wire and told us not to give up when they didn’t get accepted ( if you’ve been in the market recently, you’ll know what I’m talking about). She has great relationships with her peers and I believe that along with her strong work ethic is the only reason we found our perfect home, which honestly we thought we would never find! When Ashley says she wants you to feel good about your purchase, she means it and I believe if you need to sell, she’ll get it done! Not to mention, she’s also one of the most thoughtful, kind and fun people you will ever meet!

We were looking for a realtor who could quickly arrange and show us a few properties over the long weekend. I called a few realtors found on Google - without any luck... until Ashley's number was dialled. It was a great relief to hear a real voice instead of answering machine. After a short talk we were in business. Everything was quickly arranged, we looked at all the available properties we wanted to see, and ended up with an offer on the next day.
