TLDR; One WO-man army/Professional/Dependable/Ashley Rocks!! As first time home owners, our family was looking for a house for almost 9 months in this crazy market and we had nearly given up on getting one. We were lucky to get Ashley's recommendation and boy was that the best decision! After meeting Ashley we got the home within a month or so. Ashley was very professional, knowledgeable and gave us a realistic and holistic view of the market. The first step was providing Ashley with what we needed. Once, that happened it felt like Ashley was reading our minds. We never saw a house that we couldn't image living in. Ashley poured a lot of time making sure we were looking at houses meeting our criteria and was always punctual. She never took more than 2-3 hours for a specific house tour and always worked around our schedule.This was really important to us with a toddler to take care of. The second and the most important step was actually putting the offer and getting the property. I was amazed how thoroughly Ashley knew the market and the reach she has to get things done. She knew we were not comfortable with un-conditional offers so she managed to get us an inspection done before the offer. This IMO was a golden stroke! She also gave us data-driven insights into how much offer we should be putting in and was always on top of her game in communicating and getting constant feedback on how the offer was shaping with seller in the equation. This data-stream was invaluable and helped us make instantaneous decisions. Based on this we were able to pull the trigger and get the deal sealed!! The third and last was following through after completion. Her communication skills and responsiveness is unparalleled. She is a one stop shop for home buying. She went above and beyond to address all our trivial home buyer /comments/texts/where to buy/whom to hire/questions. It was amazing how much patience she has and how much she loves working with her clients.

Ashley is tan amazing realtor. She is receptive and thorough when it comes to your needs. As a first time homebuyer, I was very nervous going into the market but she made sure I was making informed decisions and was able to help me navigate any barriers and answer the questions I had.
