We chose Jessie Hu as our realtor when selling our house in South Surrey and purchasing a condo in Feb 2021. Jessie was the best realtor we have ever worked with. She is quick to respond to any questions and we never had the feeling that she was annoyed with all our questions (we have had that feeling with realtors). She knows the market. We wanted to list at a lower price than she recommended as we had already found our dream condo (which she negotiated the deal for us) and we needed a quick sale. She explained her strategy to us (she always has a strategy) and we agreed to a higher listing price. She wanted to make sure that we received the maximum amount possible that the market would allow for our home. She moved very quickly with marketing our home as she knew we wanted it sold asap. The photos of house were amazing and the marketing brochures were top notch. After 3 days of showings, we were presented with offers.
