Ryan & Daniel O'Hearn*

Ryan lives in Kitsilano with his wife Jane, and they’re excited to welcome their first child this year. With experience launching over 1,100 housing units under Rennie since joining in 2018, Ryan specializes in new construction, multiplex development, SSMUH projects, and lane house builds. Currently enrolled in the Builder’s Program at BCIT, Ryan is deepening his expertise in multi-unit construction to better serve clients navigating today’s evolving housing landscape. Passionate about family housing solutions, Ryan also has a strong focus on converting detached properties and strata developments, including condos, townhouses, and duplexes.

In his spare time, he can be found in the mountains skiing, and hiking. He recently purchased backcountry ski gear and looking to expand his horizons. Having travelled to over 30 countries in the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Central America, he hopes to continue the journey of experiencing new people, places and cultures ever year.

He works closely with his business partner Daniel on the Brohearns team.

Daniel O'Hearn

As a dedicated member of the "brohearns" team, Daniel O'Hearn calls downtown Vancouver home and has been an integral part of the Rennie team for over six years. With expertise spanning project sales, leasing, and resale, Daniel has established himself as a versatile professional known for his strong work ethic, transparent honesty, meticulous attention to detail, and continuous pursuit of knowledge.

Daniel places paramount importance on cultivating meaningful relationships with his clients, striving to anticipate and fulfill their needs and desires proactively. Teaming up with his brother Ryan, also a Rennie advisor, Daniel ensures an exceptional level of service for their clients. Both Daniel and Ryan together known as the "brohearns team" have achieved "rennie leader" status within the company, thanks to their extensive transaction history and unwavering dedication to client success.

Experienced in representing buyers across various property types including condos, townhouses, single-family homes, land, apartment buildings, and development sites, Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge, including a background in property management inherited from his family's two-decade-long operation of their own management brokerage.

Throughout his tenure at Rennie, Daniel has contributed to numerous real estate projects. Notable among them include his collaboration with Skyllen Pacific in 2018 for the launch of the high-rise project "618 Carnarvon" in New Westminster, his role as a leasing representative with Reliance Properties in 2019 and 2020 for the initial lease-up of their new rental building near English Bay, 1188 Bidwell, and his recent involvement with First Track Developments for the sale of "Woodland Block" in 2023.

Originally from Coquitlam, Daniel made the move downtown in 2014, drawn by the vibrant urban lifestyle juxtaposed with the serene beauty of the surrounding water and mountains. In his free time, Daniel indulges in cycling, skiing, hiking, and camping, while also savoring the excitement of a night out, crafting cocktails, and immersing himself in his favorite music.
