That’s how we approach our business and the way we care for our clients. Since 1997, we’ve had the privilege of helping more than 1,000 buyers and sellers reach their real estate goals, building lasting relationships along the way.

Over the years, our dedication has been recognized nationally, Coldwell Banker Canada awarded the Watson Brothers Team#1 in Canada for Customer Service(2016, 2017, 2018) and ranked us among theTop 10 in Canada for Sales(#4 in 2024, #6 in 2020 and #7 in 2016).

As a family-run business, we’re proud to bring three full-time professionals together, each offering a unique set of strengths. We don’t try to be everything to everyone, but we do focus on doing what we know best, and doing it exceptionally well.

At the end of the day, we believe the best way to see if we’re the right fit for one another is simple: let’s sit down over a coffee and have a conversation.

We still believe in doing business with a smile and a handshake, and we hope you do too.
