…we relocated to BC from Ontario in 2008. We rented for 1 year and decided to buy a home. My husband and I walked into Royal LePage …Ella was at our service. Ella is kind, caring and patient. I must say “extraordinarily” patient. We sat down with Ella and she wanted to get to know us. We had coffee, and shared our interests, what we were looking for and what we didn’t want - our needs. We looked at many homes++ and couldn’t settle on one. This did not discourage Ella, she was persistent that we would find the right one and reassured us this can’t be rushed and to take our time. Ella was available at all hours, and went above and beyond. After multiple searches, Ella started to get to know us (me). One day, she identified a home and said, “ I know this is not what you are looking for but let’s give it a shot” …. WELL!!!! The home was NOT anything I was looking for, BUT within minutes in the door, I fell in love with the home. This surprised both Ella and me. I said, “ I LOVE IT”, and Ella was surprised!
